Program Details
Every dollar ($1) spent on participating products earns one (1) reward point.
Accumulate these points and redeem for rewards. It may take up to 3 days for your accumulated
points to appear on your receipt.
Program Rewards
Prizes are broken out into separate qualifying thresholds. Every $1 spent on participating
products equals 1 Suns reward point. Accumulate
these reward points from February 3, 2008 through the regular season ends. Prizes
may be redeemed until July 31, 2008. To
redeem any reward you must first call 1-800-828-5235
option 5.
How To Enroll
You will be asked to enter your V.I.P card
number and personal information. This information
is required for prize fulfillment. To ensure
you get credit for all of your purchases
in the event you do not have your card,
we can link up another form of identification,
as a alternate ID. You can set up a phone
or any 10 digit number of your choice to
use instead of your V.I.P Card at checkout..

This rewards program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Rewards Program Administrator,
and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Rewards Program or these Official Rules. Participants also
agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Rewards Program Entities from and against any
claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or
property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession,
use or misuse of reward offered, or participation in this Rewards Program. Any person attempting to defraud,
or in any way tamper with, the Rewards Program mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the
full extent of the law. Neither Fry's Food Stores, Kroger Co. or Program Sponsors are responsible for printing
or typographical errors in any Rewards Program-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are lost due to
computer or electronic malfunction. The Kroger Co. & Fry's Food Stores reserve the right to cancel or modify
the rewards program if fraud or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Rewards Program as determined
by The Kroger Co. & Fry's Food Stores in their sole discretion.
